Russia warns 'ruining World Cup' could be motive in spy poison attack

RUSSIAN Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov has pointed the finger of blame on the poisoning of former spy Sergei Scribal at those looking to obstruct the FIFA World Cup which is due to be held in Russia this summer as tensions mount over the nerve agent attack.
